Once you have connected your Simple Inked account to your SMS Global account via the steps here, you're ready to set up your 2-way messaging.
This means that when client replies with the word Yes to their SMS Reminder, the letter C (for Confirmed) will automatically display on their appointment.
Enabling 2-Way Messaging in SMS Global
Log into your Simple Inked account and go to Admin, then go to the SMS & Email tab.
In the SMS Account Setup section, click Log In next to your credit balance.
Log into SMS Global and click the cog icon up in the top right corner. From the drop-down menu, choose SMS Settings.
Scroll down until you see the Post replies to URL section.
In the Post replies to URL field enter the following URL:
NOTE: Ensure that you enter the above URL exactly, otherwise it won't work.
When you're ready, click Update Settings.
Your setting will be updated.
All done. You've set up your 2-way messaging.
