What does it mean if I get a 'Pay Now' prompt when I login?

If you see a Pay Now prompt when you login, it means that unfortunately your last monthly direct debit payment declined.

Now, this could be due to either insufficient funds or incorrect/invalid direct debit credit card details.

Unfortunately, when a payment declines you do incur a $10 dishonor fee from the payment provider, hence why the amount owing is $10 extra than your normal monthly fee.

What you have to do is click Pay Now, before the suspension date mentioned, and follow the prompts to pay the outstanding amount using a credit card.

Keep in mind that the credit card you use to Pay Now will become your new monthly direct debit details. Therefore, if you are using a credit card which you do not wish to become the monthly direct debit details, you can update your credit card details again after you've gone through thePay Now process.
