Your SMS's can only send if your Simple Inked account is connected to your SMS Central account.
If your SMS's are not sending, you'll need to first check that you're connected properly.
Go to Admin, and select your SMS & Email tab.
If you see **Not Connected** in the SMS Account Setup section, it means that you have entered in the wrong SMS Central Username and/or Password.
You will need to re-enter the correct SMS Central login details into this section, then click Save.
NOTE: These are your SMS Central login details, which are different to your Simple Inked login details.
If you have forgotten your SMS Central login details, go to www.smscentral.com.au and click Log In. Click the Forgot your username or password? link.
Click I forgot my username or I forgot my password, and follow the prompts to retrieve which ever one you need.
Once you know your SMS Central login details again, then you need to go back into your Simple Inked account and re-enter your SMS Central login details into the SMS & Email tab in Admin, and then it will look like this with your SMS credit balanced displayed.
