Setting up your PIN Payments Payment Gateway

Avoid cancellations and keep clients accountable by having your clients to pay for their services online via your Online Bookings site.

You'll be taking payments online in no time, but to get started you need to connect to a Payment Gateway.

Over in the Actions menu of your Account page, select Payment Gateway. On the right side panel, choose PIN from the menu and Sign Up for your Pin Payments account.

When you click Sign Up, you'll be taken across to Pin Payments.

Enter in your email address, choose a password and Get Started.

Follow the prompts to create your Pin Payments account.

Once you have completed this process, you're ready to connect. Head back to your Simple Inked account and tick Enable PIN Gateway.

Next, you need to locate your Live Secret API Key, which you'll find in your new PIN Payments account.

Login to your PIN Payments account and on the left side menu choose the API Keys button.

Look for your Live API Keys heading.

 

Under this heading you will see your Live Secret API Key (it should be the first one listed under the heading).

You need to copy the Secret Key and paste it into the Live Secret API Key section in your Simple Inked account.

Note: Your Secret Key will be different to the one in the image below.

Click Save, and you will now be connected to your payment gateway.
