If you have clicked something in your Simple Inked account (i.e. the Summary Report, or the Log In option when connecting to Simple Inked Messaging) and nothing has happened, it means that you have pop ups blocked in your browser settings. These options need to open up in a separate pop up window, therefore you need to allow pop ups.
You will need to go into your browser settings and 'Allow Pop Ups'.
Please allow pop-ups for all sites with a web address containing simplesalon.com.
Keep in mind that if you have recently updated or changed your browser, it may have reset the browser settings.
